We make every effort to ship your order within 1 - 2 business days. In some instances, if an item is out of stock and no longer available, we might need to hold your order regarding substitutions or refunds.
Orders placed before 9am CST are processed the same day. Orders placed after 9am CST are processed for the following business day. Orders placed after 9am CST on Friday may be processed the following Monday.
Shipping delays: We're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays or customs delays.
Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility
Note: Due to the high shipping rates we are no longer offering expedited shipping (i.e. Next Day, 2Day or 3Day, Express). If you have a rush order, please contact us between 9am and 12pm CST, M-F. We will do what we can to accommodate you but note the rates are higher and you will be billed for an additional shipping cost.

Shipping rates are based on the total sale not including tax (if applicable) and are plainly displayed upon checkout once your total sale price is determined.
If you reside in Illinois, sales tax is added at checkout at the current rate of 8%.

DESIGNER PAPERS RETURN POLICY
OUR GUARANTEE: We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything from Designer Papers. If for any reason you're not, simply return or exchange your products within 30 days, following the below guidelines!
Product must be unopened for all returns.
Personalized items are nonrefundable.
UNITED STATES
- Any items(s) purchased online or by phone that you are not 100% satisfied with may be exchanged or returned.
- If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item from your online order, please Call Designer Papers at 1-800-695-3939 x114 (8:30AM – 5pm CST M-F days/week).
- WITH ORIGINAL INVOICE: A merchandise credit (excluding shipping & handling charges) will be issued for the return. If you prefer a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) please follow our Returns by Mail instructions. Order Confirmation emails cannot be used as proof of purchase.
- PRORATED REFUNDS: All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount.
- WITHOUT ORIGINAL INVOICE: If you do not have your invoice, your return will be based on the lowest selling price of the item, factoring in all applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons that may have applied.
- PROCESSING FEE: All returned merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your credit. We will waive the return processing fee for item(s) returned within 30 days for the following reasons:
- Damaged/defective merchandise
- Exchange orders
- CONDITION OF MERCHANDISE:
- Returned products must be in new condition and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns of loose or opened packaging.
- You are responsible for the return shipping charges for items.
- Shipment damage claims must be ?led with the carrier within 48 hours of receipt, in the original packaging. If your packaged is damaged during shipment contact us immediately for instructions 1-800-695-3939 x114 (8:30AM – 5pm CST M-F days/week).
RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE BY MAIL
If you would like to return an item, please contact 1-800-695-3939 x114 and we will help arrange the shipment of the item back to Designer Papers.
- STEP 1: Email orders@designerpapers.com to request a RETURN. Enclose the return form inside the box and keep the top half of the invoice for your records.
- STEP 2: Prepare your package for shipment by ensuring your merchandise & paperwork are included.
- STEP 3: Be sure that all return packages are properly insured and tracked. Return shipping fees are the customer's expense. Mail your package to:

RETURN BY MAIL
- STEP 1: Email orders@designerpapers.com to request a RETURN FORM. Complete the RETURN FORM. Enclose the return form inside the box and keep the top half of the invoice for your records.
- STEP 2: Prepare your package for shipment by ensuring your merchandise & paperwork are included.

INTERNATIONAL (NON-CANADIAN ORDERS)
- We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally.
- International orders must be returned and must be authorized using a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-695-3939 x114 or by email at orders@designerpapers.com to process this form and to receive shipment documentation. You must have your order number listed in the email. Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs when sent with this form. Designer Papers will credit your account upon receipt of the merchandise once received.
- Returns sent without the appropriate documentation may not be refunded the full amount. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic, international shipping charges, duties, taxes and tariffs. We cannot offer free returns on international orders.
*For international orders, items must be returned within 45 days of package receipt.
