Our current US shipping rates are listed below and apply to the 48 continental states - -Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Canadian & European customers must call 800-695-3939 x11 or x15 or 630-985-2600 x11 or x15 for a shipping rate quote.

Canadian & European Customers: DesignerPapers.com charges Canadian & European Customers the actual shipping charges for delivery to their address. Once your package arrives you may be required to pay appropriate taxes, duties or brokerage fees. You may not be notified how much these charges are until the package is out for delivery. We have no control over these charges and have no way to estimate what the charges will be. These charges are your responsibility.

Our standard shipping methods are UPS Ground Service and USPS Priority Mail. Most residential addresses will ship USPS Priority Mail. Please provide a physical address for all UPS Ground shipment and a PO Box if available for USPS Priority Mail. We will also in most cases use USPS to ship to Canada and Europe which ever is the most economical method of shipping. If you require special shipping like Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day Air you must contact us by phone at 800-695-3939 x11 or x15 or 630-985-2600 x11 or x15. Our shopping cart does not provide the option to ship any other way except Ground UPS & USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping rates are based on the total sale not including tax (if applicable) and are plainly displayed upon checkout once your total sale price is determined.

If you reside in Illinois, sales tax is added at checkout at the current rate of 8%.

Estimated Delivery Times

We make every effort to ship your order within 1 - 2 business days. If you require that your order is shipped on the same day you place your order, the order must be placed before 1:00PM CST and there is a $15.00 RUSH Charge. This $15.00 charge does not change the method of shipping - your order will still ship our standard method which is UPS Ground unless you contact us at 800-695-3939 x11 or x15 to require another shipping method.

We have 2 shipping locations: our warehouse located in Darien, IL 60561, and our warehouse in Waynesboro, PA 17268. If an item # begins with "DP" or "Geo" then shipping will originate from the Darien, IL warehouse. All other item numbers ship from the Waynesboro, PA warehouse. DESIGNER PAPERS RETURN POLICY

OUR GUARANTEE: We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything from Designer Papers. If for any reason you're not, simply return or exchange your products within 30 days, following the below guidelines!

Product must be unopened for all returns.
Personalized items are nonrefundable.

UNITED STATES

  • Any items(s) purchased online or by phone that you are not 100% satisfied with may be exchanged or returned.
  • If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item from your online order, please Call Designer Papers at 1-800-695-3939 x114 (8:30AM – 5pm CST M-F days/week).
  • WITH ORIGINAL INVOICE: A merchandise credit (excluding shipping & handling charges) will be issued for the return. If you prefer a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) please follow our Returns by Mail instructions. Order Confirmation emails cannot be used as proof of purchase.
  • PRORATED REFUNDS: All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount.
  • WITHOUT ORIGINAL INVOICE: If you do not have your invoice, your return will be based on the lowest selling price of the item, factoring in all applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons that may have applied.
  • PROCESSING FEE: All returned merchandise will be charged a $7.50 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund. We will waive the return processing fee for item(s) returned within 30 days for the following reasons:
    • Damaged/defective merchandise
    • Exchange orders
  • CONDITION OF MERCHANDISE:
    • Returned products must be in new condition and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns of loose or opened packaging.
    • You are responsible for the return shipping charges for items.
    • Shipment damage claims must be ?led with the carrier within 48 hours of receipt, in the original packaging. If your packaged is damaged during shipment contact us immediately for instructions 1-800-695-3939 x114 (8:30AM – 5pm CST M-F days/week).

RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE BY MAIL

If you would like to return an item, please contact 1-800-695-3939 x114 and we will help arrange the shipment of the item back to Designer Papers.

  • STEP 1: Email orders@designerpapers.com to request a RETURN. Enclose the return form inside the box and keep the top half of the invoice for your records.
  • STEP 2: Prepare your package for shipment by ensuring your merchandise & paperwork are included.
  • STEP 3: Be sure that all return packages are properly insured and tracked. Return shipping fees are the customer's expense. Mail your package to:

EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept exchanges once merchandise is received and processed. Shipping charges will apply to the merchandise being exchanged.

RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE

  • Items purchased from designerpapers.com can be returned only by mail.
  • If you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, please email us or call us at (800) 695-3939 x114 (8:30AM - 2AM CST 5 days/week).

RETURN BY MAIL

  • STEP 1: Email orders@designerpapers.com to request a RETURN FORM. Complete the RETURN FORM. Enclose the return form inside the box and keep the top half of the invoice for your records.
  • STEP 2: Prepare your package for shipment by ensuring your merchandise & paperwork are included.
  • STEP 3: Pack items safely for shipping and affix a shipping label to the address below:

INTERNATIONAL (NON-CANADIAN ORDERS)

  • We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally.
  • International orders must be returned and must be authorized using a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-695-3939 x114 or by email at orders@designerpapers.com to process this form and to receive shipment documentation. You must have your order number listed in the email. Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs when sent with this form. Designer Papers will credit your account upon receipt of the merchandise once received.
  • Returns sent without the appropriate documentation may not be refunded the full amount. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic, international shipping charges, duties, taxes and tariffs. We cannot offer free returns on international orders.

*For international orders, items must be returned within 45 days of package receipt.
